1. How do I find out what what Phone Model I have?
We cater for iPhone and Samsung - If you have another phone brand, please contact us and we will do our best to source a cover for you.
iPhone users:
- Go to 'Settings'
- Click on "General"
- Click on 'About'
- See next to Model Name for your phone model
Samsung users:
- Go to 'Settings'
- Click on 'About phone' at the very bottom
- Your phone model will be displayed there
2. Can I wash my rope straps?
Yes you can. Remove from the case, and remove metal fittings from the rope strap. Wash in cold water by hand with a little bit of detergent. Hang to dry in a shady place
