STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN New Zealand

$7.00 on all New Zealand orders. 

A rural delivery surcharge of $5.50 applies to items sent to a rural address.

    RETURNS POLICY  

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return of any full priced items subject to the following conditions:

    • The item/s must be returned within 14 days of purchase in all original packaging. 
    • The item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
    • Return postage for change of mind refunds to be covered by the customer. Yena will not be responsible for covering of return postage on change of mind returns.
    FAULTY ITEMS 
    • Please contact us via email at hello@yena.nz within 48 hours of receiving your product if you believe it to have a manufacturing fault. Please provide photos of the fault so we can assess and recommend the best course of action. If the item is deemed faulty, a replacement or full refund will be offered. 
    • Yena will cover the return shipping costs of faulty items if/when it's required to send the faulty goods back to the Yena office. 
    • Refunds can take up to 5 business days to show up in your account. 

    PLEASE NOTE 

    • No returns on sale items.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless deemed faulty and it's required to be sent back to Yena for further assessment.
    • We encourage you to return your parcel via tracked postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Yena.
